We are a group of physicists, material scientists and engineers with extensive experience in the hands-on commercial applications of electron and ion spectroscopy including XPS, Auger, ISS and NEXAFS. In addition we have world class expertise in focused ion beam systems including nanopatterning and nanotomography. We’ve been involved in instrument design and applications development for over 20 years.
